A quick summary of what we did and talked about in class:
We helped out the kinders with learning about recess and how to do lunch. You guys and gals did wonderfully.
You did a good job finding books and magazines to read. Remember to read often.
Homework for tonight: READ for at least 30 minutes.
Please fill out and return the meal application as soon as possible.
Student Supplies needed (by Monday August 16th, if possible)
- at least 5 notebooks (one for each subject-Math, Writing, Social Studies, Reading, Science)
- Pencils (regular not mechanical, unless you have enough lead for the whole year)
- 1 pack of paper
- Erasers (either pencil top or big pink ones)
- Crayons or colored pencils
- Pencil sharpener (one that holds all the mess)
- at least 5 folders (one for each subject-you can add one for homework if you want)
- Pens (1 blue, 1 black, and 1 color of your choice-green, purple, orange, pink)
- Dry Erase marker(s) (low odor only)
- Clean old sock
- Highlighters (if you want, not required)
- Tissues (we go through a lot)
- Hand Sanitizer
- Copy Paper
- Any of the above student supplies (to help out everyone)
